It's been quite sometime since I last updated anything here, so...

With the Geometry Dash update 2.2 coming in on the near months (hopefully, according to all teases we've gotten, could be all lies) I've been thinking...

If I was to make some GD oriented music for sometime, what would (no) what are the genres you creators would be using? Comment in the comments below, so I can take a look on them^^

Hardcore collabs with a very cool guy named X3ll3n

who?

Maybe songs "DnB", "Electro" or "House".
- For DnB, would work Styles like "Rusty K - Wasteland"
- For electro and House, would work Styles like "Jay Eskar - Chakra".

It obviously depends on Many factors like:

- Layouteable song.
- Epicity.
- A very nice melody.
- Style of song.

Dubstep, House, Glitch hop etc, are mostly used For "Featured levels". DnB, Epic, and some Styles of Dubstep, Electro/Bass House, are used for megacollabs layout o decorated levels, mostly easy - extreme demons.

It's not absolute, but it's what you see the most. I hope I have helped you

oh absolutelly! thank you!

Omg geometry dash um lo-fi songs like what axcle makes are used for some 2-3 star levels. What Hype said is usually what most featured levels use now.

(Also maybe I will make a whole level out of “Floating” idk who knows xd)

@V1ZION Floating by Akosmo?

@Irisia No I made a level called “Floating” trying something new. I made it about a year ago.

@V1ZION Ah, i thought about the song

@Irisia I have listened to Akosmo’s stuff though. She’s really good.

I'd be interested in your remixing more rap genres
